How would a vehicle perceive if all traditional ways of driving were reengineered into just a simple touch-sensitive steering wheel? Along with Neonode, we created an interactive in-car know-how that simulated how autonomously driven autoes of the future could drive.

The zForce® Drive™ is designed with a driver centred position. The presentation of contextual and prioritized information helps in creating a better and safer driver experience.

As the driver employs with the steering wheel, embedded LED light-footeds act as virtual buttons.
This allows the driver to keep his hands on the steering and his eyes on the road, increasing driver
distractions and other potential risks.

Gentle animated graphics in the knot demonstrate all available interactions and since the possible
interactions with the steering are mainly contextual, it means that the operator merely hears the actions he was able to play-act depending on what driving mode he is in. This reduces clutter and be enhanced function.

The simple-minded interaction is reassuring, dependable and abbreviates health risks of misunderstandings,
creating a sense of trust between the operator and the car. Better and more confident decision making causes in a safer handling of the vehicle.
